We don’t know what the next day will bring!
So, if we can do something today,
Do the best that you can!
Take no thought for tomorrow,
For tomorrow will take care of itself.
Come on, get moving! Don’t sit on the shelf!
Reach out, help someone today,
Try to do something good,
Write a thank you note,
Call on an elderly person,
You know that you should!
Every day, we ask God for strength,
And our daily bread,
What are we doing to earn this!
Think about it, when you get out of bed!
If you want to make a mark,
And have your say,
Don’t wait, do it today!
