Rebels Boxing invites families for an action-packed night in the ring

ON JUNE 17, Rebels Boxing Club will be running the Ipswich Regional Boxing Championships at the Ipswich Showgrounds Events Centre and it’s an event that is guaranteed to pack a punch to keep families of all ages entertained.

The bouts will feature Queensland National and Golden Gloves Champions, who will all compete to become the next Ipswich Regional Champion.

Rebels Boxing Club owner and manager Robbie Sbeghen said that boxers from all over Australia will be travelling to the event to compete for 25 Champion belts.

“We have five of our own athletes who will be competing on the night.

“Currently they are training hard and are all excited and eager to put on a great show.

“There is a full card of fighters on the night, who will be competing in the youth, elite and open boxing categories, from 50 kilograms to 100 kilograms.”

Robbie’s athletes will join more than 500 people who are expected to be there on the night, including elite Queensland boxers and Australian Champions.

“Our corporate tables are $500 for eight people, which includes drinks on arrival and hot and cold food selections,” he said.

“This event will be fully catered for with an open bar and an Automated Teller Machine that will be readily available.

“I am very excited to bring this professional event to Ipswich, to showcase local talent and boxing at its best, so come along and join me for a fun, friendly and eventful night in the ring.”
