Exciting times at the Walloon Hotel

IT IS all happening at the historic Walloon Hotel, with giveaways, delicious food, live entertainment and gaming room jackpots and a friendly and welcoming hospitality.

The hotel, which is open until 2am daily, is a family friendly venue says owner, Stewart Gibson.

“I’m extremely grateful to the community and all of the families for their ongoing support.

“Thank you to all of our regulars, to my staff and to everyone who has supported me and the hotel over what has been a busy year. It has been a pleasure meeting everyone and being part of such a supportive community.”

The hotel’s kitchen menu is aimed at offering affordable options for all families.

“It has been designed to showcase a vast array of food options that also include daily specials that start from as little as $10.

“Daily specials include Black Angus steak cooked to your liking and served with selected sides; roast meats with seasonal vegetables and all the trimmings and we all have a pizza and pasta night.”

The giveaways also raise a lot of excitement – the $35,000 total jackpot prize pool, a members draw, meat tray raffles, and themed parties for all occasions.

The member’s draw recently jackpotted at $5,200. The jackpot prize pool is announced on the hour, every hour between 10am and 2am daily.

“To win you must be a member of the hotel and you also must be present at the hotel at the time of the draw,” Stewart said.

“Simply visit the hotel to become a member and sign up with one of our friendly staff members for free, then you will automatically be in the running to win many huge and exciting jackpots.”

To kick off the New Year, the hotel will be hosting a 90s party, complete with a live DJ rocking out top songs that will get the dance floor moving. There’s also a fancy dress competition and free giveaways on the night.

Also, on Australia Day, in support of the Rebels Boxing Club in Walloon there will be an Aussie themed celebration with yabby races and Aussie themed food.
