Elves dobbed in, winner announced

WE had a little help picking our winners in the Dob in your Elf competition.

We forwarded your emails to Santa who chuckled when he saw the silliness his elves got up to.

He promised not to get cranky with them when they return to the North Pole later this year.

Our Moreton Border News judge’s choice award went to Ella Georgiou’s for her elf named Buddy.

Every year Buddy visits his human family.

He gets up to all kinds of tricks and enjoys his time with them before making the long trek back to the North Pole.

Ella has won a $150 toy bundle from Spin Master.

She gets the Unicorn Academy Rainbow Light-Up Wildstar, Suprise Learning Box, Hedbanz Game, PAW Patrol Pup Squad Core Racers, Tech Deck ACS 96mm Single SK8 Crew and Rubik’s Christmas Tree.

In second position is an elf belonging to Griff and Kieran who live in Ironbark.

The elf’s name is Poo-poo and mum Richelle said last year he decided to play a prank because one of the children were being toilet trained.

“Our elf pea’d the little boy’s pants,” mum laughed.

Poo-Poo won his child a $75 prize bundle from Spin Master.

He gets the Hexbot Gecko, PAW Patrol Pup Squad Core Racers Asst and the Tech Deck ACS Dude SK8 Crew Playset.

Third was taken by Ripley family’s elf named Pippin.

Little Violet won a Speak and Sing Doll valued at $40 from Spin Master.

Moreton Border News had so many entries it was hard for Santa to make his decision.

Next year Moreton Border News will run a competition every month.

To take part, read your copy of the Moreton Border News online or pick one up in store.

There will be plenty of chances to win free stuff just by being part of the Moreton Border News family.
