Christmas lights, Christmas cheer and Christmas spirit

THE Murray family opened their home on John Street, Rosewood last Saturday night for families to enjoy a movie night, an interactive snow display and a special visit from Santa.

More than 100 people walked through the display on the night to enjoy the free movie and fresh popcorn.

Creator of the event, Ian Murray opened up his home and said that it was really nice to see so many families attend the night where Santa also came along to share the spirit of Christmas this year.

“The response was overwhelming and it was definitely a night that I will always remember,” he said.

“The smiles on the children’s faces and the joy that was shared was definitely worth the many days and hours that it took to bring my light display to life.

“Thank you to everyone who made the effort to visit our display, we are very grateful for all of the support that we have received so far.”
