We need real leaders today!
I heard you say!
Someone to exercise authority over others,
In a way, that causes people to rejoice.
Do we really have that at the moment?
Do we have that choice?
Effective leadership gathers individuals together,
Into a cohesive team,
To give us confidence in where we are going,
And where we’ve been.
The prevailing spirit of today’s society,
Is self-indulgence, lust, greed, materialism and pride.
This is the way of get, not give.
It doesn’t produce happiness, joy and peace,
This is not the way to live!
The most important qualities required of a leader!
Is honesty and loving kindness,
A lover of hospitality, a lover of good,
To face up to problems and be ready to address.
True leaders must be people, people.
To love and have fellowship with others,
Love to help and serve and get to know people.
Yes, I agree with you!
We need real leaders today,
