Music Festival complaints

Rosewood and Willowbank residents would have noticed and heard the, Rabbits Eat Lettuce music festival which was held over the Easter long weekend.

Rosewood Police received in excess of 20 noise complaints related to the festival and these concerns will be forwarded to the Ipswich City Council for consideration in any future approval applications.

If you have any concerns regarding the hosting of the festival at this location in future, please forward these to the Ipswich City Council.

Easter Road Safety Campaign

Rosewood Police conducted almost 200 Random Breath Tests over the Easter period. Only one driver was issued with a Notice to Appear for low level drink driving.

Police are also pleased to report there were no crashes during this period.

Anzac Day

The Rosewood Police attended the Rosewood Dawn Service, the Rosewood March and the Rosewood Day ceremony. Officers laid a wreath at both services to commemorate the fallen.

Rosewood Station Counter Hours

Rosewood Station has a new Administration Officer, Cheryl, who will be present during the usual hours of Monday to Thursday, from 8.30am to 4.00pm.
