Rosewood Amateur Fishing Club – November trip report

The Rosewood Amateur Fishing Club members competed in the final competition for the year, with a freshwater trip to Leslie Dam.

Expectations were low as the Dam had received a hugh amount of water from it’s catchment  area the week before.

The dam now sitting at 66% capacity.

However luck was on side for Judy Litfin who managed to land a lovely 62 cm Murry Cod, weighing in at 3.7 kg.

Quite a few cod and yellow belly were also caught but were all unfortunately undersize.

The club will hold it’s presentation night on the 27th November at the Rising Sun Hotel in Rosewood.

With a seafood banquet and live music planned for Club members.
