Local seniors came together for connection, conversation, and a delicious morning tea on Tuesday, March 3.
This month the event was hosted at Cabanda Café. Flo kindly opened the café especially for the occasion, serving a special spread to celebrate the monthly seniors gathering.
Christine Lilley, Cabanda’s General Manager, and Leah Meyers, Community Care Coordinator, attended to share updates about changes at Cabanda and the latest in aged care support.
“This gathering is open to any local seniors who are interested in attending. We aim to provide connections, through information and social opportunities. It is exciting to watch the group grow,” said Tia Lancaster, Community Project Worker supporting the seniors group.
The Rosewood Seniors gathering continues on the first Tuesday of each month, offering a friendly space for seniors to meet, learn, and enjoy each other’s company.
