Look through any window
And what do you see?
Unhappy and confused faces,
Looking back at me!
Shops that were once there,
Are now deserted and bare,
No mask, no entry, is written on the sign.
Do you have yours? I have mine!
How did it come to this, we ask?
To find the answer, is not an easy task!
Yet, it must be acknowledged.
There are certain things, which for us, were not meant to eat.
How many people care about this?
You only have to observe, what some people consume,
As you stroll along the street.
Clean food, clean water, clean air,
Is what we need to exist.
So why, don’t many comply, instead they resist!
When will we return to normal, is the question?
What would you regard as normal?
Something for you to ponder upon!
Look through any window,
Do you see what I see?
What will be, will be.
