Bremer Valley Realty, Introducing the new owners

In August last year and after 18 years as owners of Bremer Valley Realty, Stuart and Lisa Ross handed the baton of their family business to new owners and local farmers Stuart Barrett and Emma Richards.

“Bremer Valley Realty opened its doors in 2002, and after a long and proven history in Rosewood are now recognised as the area’s premier independent real estate agency with an outstanding record of 1,000 plus property sales and currently boasting over 300 rental properties,” Mr Ross said.

“This remarkable business success has been achieved by providing a personalised and cohesive full-service process for selling, purchasing and managing residential, commercial and rural properties.”

Emma and Stuart plan to continue the tradition for future years.

“We recognised just how important an independently owned and operated local business is to the Rosewood community, so we didn’t hesitate to invest in the business.

“We have both been part of the real estate, rural communities and farming industries and boast a connection to the region since the 1950, so we know the community pretty well,” Stuart said.

“Living and working in a neighbourhood that refers to people by their first name and who place trust in a handshake is an environment that we believe in.”

Emma and Stuart have first-hand knowledge of the Bremer Valley and surrounding Scenic Rim and Lockyer Valley areas.

“We are excited at the opportunity to continue working with the passionate, experienced, and trusted local team,” Stuart said.

“Our clients shy away from dealing with big brand franchise chains who often impose complex contracts and expensive marketing campaigns.

“We offer a more flexible and friendly experience and deal with our clients on the same day and our fees are only payable when we sell your property.

“Regional small businesses survive and thrive by supporting each other, our goal is to be a fully inclusive and equitable part of the Rosewood community, working with like-minded businesses to improve and grow the region.”

Since taking on the ownership of Bremer Valley Realty, Emma and Stuart have invested in new digital systems that have vastly improved how they interact with our clients and provide property marketing and sales services.

“When people deal with Bremer Valley Realty, it is because of their proven history, trust, and knowledge about local real estate, developments, farming and property investment.

“In our Property Management division what sets us apart from other agencies is that our Property Managers offer the complete rapid management service for investors and our fees are simple and competitive therefore jump on our website to connect with us to arrange a free no obligation rental appraisal.”

Bremer Valley Realty has a bespoke approach to property marketing and sales, reinforced by a proven and trusted history in the Brisbane Valley.
