Subdivision plans for land in Rosewood’s Matthew Street

A DEVELOPER is seeking a permit from the Ipswich City Council to subdivide two blocks at 132 – 136 Matthew Street, Rosewood into 15 allotments.

Currently the lot is vacant land that is owned privately, it backs onto the Arnold Rieck walk and Masons Gully and it is situated in the middle of housing on Matthew Street and Walloon Road.

The development application which was lodged on November 28, 2022 is to reconfigure two lots on 132 and 136 Matthew Street into 15 lots which measure from 800 square metres to 1069 square metres and a road for access will also be installed.
