MORE than 600 motorbike riders took part in the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride to raise funds for men’s mental health.
Among that number was Michael Melrose who raised $6,261.
The concept of the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride has motorbike riders dressed in the most dapper of their suits to take part in the ride to acknowledge and raise funds for the cause.
Michael was adorned in a suit, tie and a vest and stood out with a bright blue moustache.
The final tally of money raised in the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride was $147,717. “Out of this grand total, I raised the third highest amount out of all of the riders,” he said.
He acknowledged everyone who helped him raise the funds.
“I am overwhelmed with the support that I received.”
