THE Rosewood Creative Craft Expo gave local creatives a chance to display and sell an array of hand-made items, which were much admired by those who attended.
The Expo has become an annual event organised by the Rosewood Community Centre, with all proceeds going to the Rosewood Uniting Church.
The church hall was filled to capacity with stalls, with several more setting up outside, which made an eye-catching drawcard.
Highlights of the event were the Parade of Fabulous Fashions from the church Op-Shop and the delicious morning tea provided by the Rosewood and District Support Centre.
Expo organisers Tracey and Kerrie, who are volunteers with the Support Centre, said they were very pleased with the outcome.
“This is our third event and the best so far.
“There was a wide variety of beautiful craft on show, the morning tea got lots of compliments, and the church got a nice boost to their funds, which helps the town.
“The feedback we’ve had has been very positive, those who attended enjoyed their morning and many stallholders want to book in for next year.”
Tracey and Kerrie acknowledged the support they had received from everyone involved – “the helpers, stallholders and the public who came along and made the day such a success”.
