THE Scenic Rim Agricultural Expo, hosted by The Rotary and Lions Services Clubs of Harrisville is on again!
The 2024 Scenic Rim Agricultural Expo will run from August 30 to 31 at 50 Parcells Road, Harrisville, with a focus on showcasing our region’s innovation in agricultural land and animal management as well as unique lifestyle products and local business.
After the success of the 2023 expo, the committee behind this local event are excited to bring new and exciting exhibitors to this year’s series, with many from last year also returning.
There will be something for everyone from larger agricultural producers to the smaller lifestyle farmers, cattle and horse enthusiasts, as well as anyone with a large backyard looking for ideas.
For those interested in a career in the agricultural space, there will be a variety of employers and educators from around the region, ready to network with potential students and employees.
The expo will have everything for the land from large tractors, mowers and agricultural inputs to backyard bees and everything in between.
Both days will also host active working dog, equine and vintage tractor displays. In addition to the exhibitors and displays, expo-goers can enjoy an array of fantastic food vendors.
The committee behind the expo is excited to offer a host of innovative and informative presentations to empower attendees in their pursuit of agricultural excellence.
“As part of the planning committee’s vision to ensure that everyone who attends has access to quality information and advice, we have put together a series of talks from highly qualified speakers – both local and interstate, on a broad and varied spectrum of topics,” said Brian Lawson, President of Scenic Rim Agricultural Expo Inc.
The Scenic Rim Agricultural Expo is an excellent two-day event that celebrates the region’s farming, rural industries, and the natural beauty of the Scenic Rim.
