Coppers Log 12th April 2024

New Station build progress update

The new station build is now well underway with the slab poured and walls started to be erected.

The station has a planned completion date of July 2024 and is currently still on track even with the recent adverse weather events.

Three additional officers

The Police Minister also recently announced that with the new station will come an additional three permanent Police officer positions and another Police vehicle. This will greatly improve the ability for Rosewood Police to proactively police the Rosewood area.

TMR and weapons licencing

Stu and Cheryl are still currently available for all your Queensland Transport and Weapons Licencing enquiries at Marburg Station.

These hours will be the usual hours of Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm.

The Rosewood Station’s phone number has been diverted to Marburg so you can call the same numbers as previously.

The number to call in an emergency is 000.

For non-urgent matters please call 131 444.
