When life throws you a curve ball,
Don’t hang your head in despair
Instead, stand tall!
No two days are ever the same,
Keep your eye on the ball,
When you are playing the game.
A good sailor knows the importance,
Of being vigilant, and keeping watch while at sea.
The same rule applies for you and me!
When you are suffering,
Approach God boldly and confidently in prayer,
He will help you in your time of need,
Because he does care.
A large amount of our human stresses and pain,
Come from the societies we live in.
Governments are often inefficient at best,
And fail us, instead of offering gain.
Once we understand where suffering comes from,
And why we so often go through trials,
Then we can face up and move on!
We are all victims of time and chance,
Events of this life which are beyond our control.
Leading us on merry dance.
So, don’t hang your head when thrown a curve ball,
Move on, stand tall!
