Easter competitions and a business expansion

EASTER celebrations have begun at PRD Bremer Valley Real Estate with the staff inviting families to take part in a colouring-in, and a guess-the-number of Easter eggs competition.

Owners of PRD Bremer Valley, Emma and Stuart Barrett, have invited all families to come into the office to collect a colouring page and to guess the total number of Easter eggs in the Easter jar.

“The colouring-in page can also be downloaded from the ‘scan me’ barcode, or alternatively come on in to the office and meet our friendly staff,” Emma said.

“This competition is a fun activity for all ages, with prizes offered in the age group categories of 3 to 6 six years, 7 to 10 years and 11 to 13 years.

“Each entry will be considered and then the winner will be announced in the week leading up to Easter,” Emma said.

“We will also notify the lucky winner who guessed the correct number or closest to the number of eggs in the jar which can be seen on our PRD Bremer Valley Facebook page.

“Prizes for the colouring competition consist of big baskets of assorted Easter eggs, and we look forward to seeing all of the creative ways each participant completes the competition.”

EMMA said success is what the PRD team thrive on.

“With the current property market going strong, properties are in demand, prices are still strong and the team are offering free appraisals and competitive selling rates.”

PRD Bremer Valley are expanding from all of the areas in and around Rosewood to now include Ipswich, Karrabin, Yamanto and surrounding Lockyer Valley areas.

“With a friendly, professional and enthusiastic approach, our team are achieving the best result for sellers,” Emma said.

“Due to unprecedented growth and demand we recently welcomed Jeanette Macdonald in a Sales role in our team.

“Jeanette has a vast array of experience in the real estate and finance industry and is dedicated to looking after each individual requirement throughout the buying and selling process, scan the QR code to contact Jeanette for a free appraisal.

“Our property research department suggests that by 2041 there are going to be up to 557,000 plus people living in this local government area, so the area is a great place to invest in and also a great place at the moment if you are looking to sell.”

Emma describes PRD Bremer Valley’s business success to “providing a personalised and cohesive full-service process for selling, purchasing and managing residential, commercial, development and rural properties”.
