Magnolia May Property sets a high benchmark in customer service

OWNER and Principal of Magnolia May Property at Walloon Lawri Jones is a Lockyer Valley professional who brings 10 years of experience in the industry to her passion for helping families achieve their real estate goals.

Lawri said she prides herself on building relationships with her clients, by getting to know them and working with them to achieve the best result in buying, selling or investing.

“I started my journey in real estate as a Buyer’s Agent and have worked all over South East Queensland from the Lockyer Valley to the Gold Coast, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. I know the area very well,” she said.

“I am a country girl at heart who grew up in Gatton, and decided to build my business here in Walloon where I see massive potential for growth that I really want to be a part of.

“From residential sales, rural sales, property management and buying services, I am here to help people with a friendly and positive outlook on whatever they may need.”

Lawri also works in conjunction with staff members, Jill and Bianca to achieve the best outcome for all her clients.

Jill and Bianca are friendly and are also passionate about the community.

“Community is very important and on November 12, we are inviting all families to join us at the Walloon office from 11am until 3pm to enjoy great food, music and face painting, this will be a great event to come along and meet the team,” she said.

“Our aim is to deliver a positive experience for everyone and to achieve premium prices when it comes to selling and a professional service when it comes to trusting us with your rental property.

“When it comes to rental properties, I am the one who looks after everything, so the owner can rest assured knowing the property is safe, looked after and in good hands.

“We also offer an obligation free property appraisal which will provide you with a property valuation estimate, this includes a full assessment of your property.

“Our agents will summarise their findings and provide you with a comprehensive report on the local market with the estimated value of your property.”

Lawri and her team have set a high benchmark in communicating with their clients and aim to be highly efficient and organised in all their operations and they look forward to welcoming everyone through the doors of Magnolia May Property.
