Prosthetist joins the Rosewood Dental team

Dental Prosthetist and certified Dental Technician Jeff Gitsham said he was excited to join the Rosewood Dental team, and to offer a new service to existing and new customers.

“I am the new Dental Prosthetist who will be available every Friday at the practice and I bring with me many years of experience,” he said.

“For many years I owned my own dental laboratory and while working for myself I was also an information specialist providing information to businesses on everything to do with dentistry.”

“Prosthetist is my passion, and I work hard to design and create dentures for customers of all ages, to ensure everyday life with eating and smiling is pain free and easy.

“Currently there is no service like this in Rosewood, so it is great to join the Rosewood team to ensure everybody smiles, I want to help people feel confident and happy.

“Most of my customers already wear dentures, so they are aware of what the process is, my job is to make sure that their dentures fit well, and I do this by delivering care and attention.”

Jeff grew up in a country town and enjoys the country vibe.

He has the most comprehensive knowledge of advanced techniques and delivers the latest in all fields of dental prosthetics.

“If you are thinking about dentures, this is a really great start, I am very thorough and pay great attention to detail,” he said.

“Through my work I deliver the assessment, treatment and management of dentures, whilst working alongside a professional team who all share a great interest in looking after each person’s individual needs.

“Dentures are one of many options, and through a thorough consultation I can either offer my service or recommend an alternative to assist your individual need.”

Outside the practice, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, camping, fishing, caravanning and travelling. He is also a keen video gamer and likes to spend time maintaining his home.

“At the Rosewood practice we provide an affordable service for everyone and we encourage all families to come and meet us so that we can assist in all their dentistry needs,” he said.
