Coronis Realty: A professional, knowledgeable and caring approach to property sales

OWNER and Operational Director of Coronis Realty Rebecca Barnett is a Rosewood local with more than 17 years of experience in the real estate industry.

“I have held every position in the real estate industry from reception to management roles and also in accounting and I believe this experience is vital to providing the best service,” she said.

The Coronis Realty ethos is based on service.

“Focusing on a five star quality service, I offer the unique service of managing and looking after every aspect of your property, so that you only have one person to contact for all of your inquiries.

“A one person operation also means that there is no dealing with assistants or receptionists.”

Rebecca is the director and owner of the business and she is also the property investment manager and lead sales agent of each property.

“It is my name on the door, my voice on the phone and what sets my business apart is that there is only one phone number to call and no matter where I am, I will always answer the phone,” she said

Combining competitive yet fair fees, Rebecca offers free no obligation appraisals for all property enquires.

“My professional opinion and advice will be shared to gain the best outcome for your property.

“I am fully committed to each individual need and address each situation with a caring and professional approach, this is key in reaching positive results.

“Marketing is a very important part of the process because it is what attracts people to want to look at your home, so I combine professional and quality skills for both sales and property management.

“Sub quality photographs and advertising will not get you results, offering full marketing options which include professional photographs, floorplans, drone photography, virtual staging, large signboards and virtual tours is essential.

“I use the latest technology with owner and tenant portals as well as same day disbursements.”

Rebecca says she looks forward to meeting new people.

“And I care for all of the properties as if they were my own, because being part of getting great results is what inspires me to make sure you are getting the best service in all of your property needs.”
