THE main street of Rosewood was brought to a standstill and St Brigid’s Catholic Primary School was placed into a lockdown as a result of an incident at the National Bank in Rosewood, on Wednesday, December 1.
An unknown man entered the bank in John Street at around 1.15pm and produced a firearm, while demanding money.
Rosewood Police were called to the scene and the students and staff at St Brigid’s school that is situated at the back entrance of the bank, went into a lockdown as a safety precaution.
