IPSWICH West MP Jim Madden recently visited the Rosewood and District Community Kindergarten to present a trophy and a cheque for Best School Exhibit at this year’s Rosewood Show.
School Display Steward Margaret Offer also took part in the presentation.
Mr Madden said he was honoured to be involved in the school section at the Show, noting that it was an important part of the exhibits to showcase what the children have been learning and creating in the classroom.
“It is always a hard decision to choose a winner because each school has its own theme and so much work goes into creating the final display,” he said.
“I would like to congratulate the kindergarten on winning the title this year, and everybody involved should be proud of what they have achieved.”
